SSC Stenographer Exam
Staff selection commission (SSC) conducts “SSC Stenographer Exam” every year for the recruitment of Stenographer under Grade C & Grade D. Interested and eligible candidates have to follow the pre requisite format in order to get selected for the post.
The following eligibility criteria must be cleared by the candidates as prescribed by SSC.
Age Limit : The candidates have to be between the ages of 18 to 27 years, however age relaxation can be allowed as per the Govt. Instructions. Relaxation in age is provided to the reserved category and it will be applicable as per the rule i.e. 5 years for SC / ST and 3 years for the OBC Category and 10 years for PH OBC applicants and a maximum of 15 years for PH SC / ST applicants.
Qualification : Moreover the contender should be 12th standard pass or hold a degree from any open university or from Distance Education Mode and the same needs to be recognized by the Distance Education Council like IGNOU.
SSC Stenographer Exam Selection Procedure
The selection procedure for the post is done on the basis of skill test and written examination of the candidates.
Written Examination: In order to clear the written exam the candidates have to go through the following papers.
General Intelligence and Reasoning -50 Questions – 50 Marks
English language – 50 Questions – 50 Marks
Comprehension and General Awareness – 100 Questions – 100 Marks
SSC SI & ASI Exam
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) of India publish official notification every year for the posts of sub inspector (SI), Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) in Central Industry Security force (CISF) & in Delhi Police. SSC SI Exam Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: The eligibility criteria for appearing in SSC SI & ASI exam for the year of 2016 is that the prospective candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
Age Limit : The age limit for the candidates must be within 20 to 25 years of age. However for the candidates who belong to the reserved category, the age limit has been relaxed up to 27 years as per the rules of Government of India.
The selection procedure for this examination starts with a written test. There are basically two written examination paper. Paper I is basically consists of four sections, each containing 50 questions of 50 marks. The four sections comprises of reasoning and general intelligence, general knowledge and general awareness, quantitative aptitude and the English comprehension section. The total time duration for paper I is two hours. Paper II consists of mainly English comprehension. This section contains 200 questions of 200 marks which are to be completed within 2 hours. After the written tests the successful candidates who have passed paper II will have to appear in an interview and thereafter medical examination
PUNJAB REVENUE PATWARI
